How nice that we are the first guests of widely Harrow might be! We have wonderful time. Slept well, good food, good swimming and sun area. The house was cool, it's good for Mik!

For Hungarian terms we have a spacious and luxurious home can sleep. The shops we found too far away, but after a few days we were there used to it. Instead you get a quiet, natural setting with a diversity of plants and animals that are unique as a Dutchman.

At about one hour's drive from the cottage you will find thermal Lido, this thermal water is suitable for those with small children and beautifully situated in the area, you find yourself in a Roman bath.

Me and my wife in Pécs been to the dentist to place two bridges and a crown, nothing but praise about this. , Many dentists (in the Netherlands) is an example to us all. On returning home after a few days I asked the children what the holidays were. They have a nice holiday. Who had now suspected that children from the big city!

When I look back at the week I was here then I look back with a good feeling. The rides with Ronald were very nice every time and it was always fun. The food was delicious every night too! I want to thank you for the great week.

Holiday Aranyos EC;

We have the honor of being the first guests to live in this house and in this book about our experiences.

It is not our first holiday in Hungary so we already knew from the silence and space in this country. Ibafa is a small hamlet with one shop and a payphone. The phone can be bought at the mailman's car (green) comes every day in the village. Bread can get into the store and driving to the bakery (song: "let me sausage butcher's see")

We love nature and are therefore much devoted to what to see and discover. Just outside Ibafa, before the exit to Almamellék often fly brown dwarf ws harriers and eagles just fly away, you see bee-eaters. Roe deer and red deer and foxes at dusk.

In the garden of the house you can sit with the view of the forests containing the golden oriole. Eagles fly sometimes, like the red kite. Behind the other house (Csillagos EC) is a badgers. The badgers forage at night in the caravan (we have unfortunately not seen).

With the bikes we have been gone a few times. There are routes of Duna / park Drava. Nearby you can bike but take a good map, compass or Tom Tom for it, because you know you do not know where you are.

Among Almamellék exit Kaposvár / Szigetvár are right and left puddles / lakes with different birds in / on. We have the Purple / Silver and Great and Little Blue Heron seen. The Kingfisher and Stork, Grebes and Cormorants, BEAUTIFUL! The Night Heron, Kite Monkey, Great Reed Warbler and WITOOG duck and a fox.

Well as you can read it is worth to spend a holiday here.

Particularly rare birds are the Booted Eagle, Bee-eater, White-tailed Eagle, Purple Heron, Night Heron, Kite Monkey, Great Reed Warbler and the white eye duck.

What is the time fly, we all feel we are in the first week of our vacation, but the reality is the third week. The highlight for me was riding, enjoy the mountain and enjoy nature. Of great importance was the pool, great for cooling off because we had very good weather. Occasionally we made a trip outside Ibafa. So we went there and Kaposvár been visited by the pool with water slides, a diving area, a cave, not to mention the thermal area. Mecs extrem park in Pécs, where the boys enjoy through the trees have climbed and we have experienced the bobsleigh run. The pool is a refreshing coolness in Harkany.

But really it does not because of the hostess, host, and the kids make you feel more welcome at the Star that spot.

We have enjoyed!

We had a little delayed, go here. But the delay is long forgotten by the beautiful scenery, the kids always nice, it pool and trampoline. And especially do not forget your great hospitality!

Still 2 days to go and then it's over. For our first time in Hungary. Despite the rain (unfortunately) we still have a good time. Only the horse, but we also came for, by the numerous rain not much came of it. But when the ground finally after 1.5 weeks was dry enough to ride outside too, we have also made a scenic drive around Ibafa.

Pécs, Kaposvár and Szigetvár are fun to visit. The Sunday market in Pécs is fun and Mecsextrem park is very nice, especially the trail through the trees and the bobsleigh track. The pool in Kaposvár a lot of experience with slides and a very nice paddling pool for children.

The meals prepared for us that Corrie was in the cauldron were very tasty. Our children have great fun in the house with the children of Ronald and Corrie. And with the rabbits, the deer on the trampoline and swimming pool. I'm writing this while it's raining unfortunately. Let's hope it's only a shower and dt we have these last two days in the sun can bring. Despite the rain we have these two weeks a good time anyway.

Today we drive back through Germany to the Netherlands, after we have had two wonderful weeks in Ibafa. The weather could not stop, we had two weeks time temperatures around 30 degrees in the shade. We have made numerous trips to finish with a visit to the beautiful capital Budapest yesterday. But Pécs was stunningly beautiful. Furthermore, Kaposvár, especially if the pool is highly recommended to have children (soot jobs etc) and also Abaliget Szigetvár worthwhile. Actually, every village its own charm here!

These days, during our vacation, we are not even a few days off from Ronald and Corrie was off. Delicious nothing to do with a book and a drink by the pool or behind the most beautiful insects and butterflies call.

But the holiday was made complete by Ronald, Corrie and the kids. A warm, friendly and extremely helpful family, nothing was too much for your holiday a success. They gave us the feeling that we are more than welcome, and were perfect hosts during our stay in the past two weeks Ibafa. Thanks for the nice time.

Holiday Csillagos EC;

Dear Family,

What was a downside here? I can think is that I do not speak Hungarian, but that was the only, the rest was toppie. Thank you for the organization and arrangements of all our activities in all those lovely and friendly people, the tasting of the wines state of Theo and Ria, the delightful "flowers / cheese 'lunch at the goat farm of Simone and Lamin, the early" wild look " walk with Karesz hunter and a whole! Exciting carriage ride through the fields around Ibafa with Carissa as interpreter, the great Hungarian stew, prepared by Corrie on one day more than 30 degrees in the shade! And do not forget the "very sensitive" to Cinos riding lessons. Everyone has made us very pampered and made to sense and given a glimpse into their lives here in this clean and relaxed Hungary. Thanks Corrie, Ronald and all the big and little kids + support.

Hello Dear,

Sometimes a letter from the "lower" house. What a nice cool house! This year there was one in which the thermometer fell over during our vacation. We enjoyed your hospitality and companionship. Ronald and his ideas about Scandinavia, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr that we are not hearing. DO NOT !!!!!!!!!!! We prefer to eat from the bogrács. Delicious pörkölt, chicken with peach and all the delicious salads. The trampoline, with Zselicia Lenyène and Wesley was for our benefit. My top moments were the moments when the kids at the ice cream man, and I ran away from it all with book and in the pool could hang on the edge, not to mention the kletsjes with Cinos and Rex. Where do you get your bed and you stand face to face with two fine horses? That can only here. You made us feel a piece of furniture to be ... ... ... ... ... ... ... .. nice !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ibafa holiday paradise,

Some dreams come from;

Rest of us and entertainment for our daughter in a fairytale setting with plenty of green backgrounds with warmth.

The cottage is wonderfully refreshing, surprised send all amenities. Just clothes, games and food we had brought. Fatoumata, our daughter, 7, has really enjoyed her holiday with her little friend. Aissatou and I myself found it very nice to stay here. You are a very hospitable family, who always have time for a chat or somewhere we could provide. Also we are grateful for your daughters to pay attention to the little lady.

This holiday we have taken lots of rest, relax on our own in the house. We have the outdoor thermal baths in Szigetvár in Kaposvár and the slides visited was very nice. The Sunday market in Pécs was interesting, like the caves of Abaliget. It's a very beautiful setting this whole area. We will definitely come back so we can walk.

Ronald, Corrie and all the girls .................. thanks for this wonderful holiday and much happiness in this beautiful Hungary. Success in the future!

Hai Cor and Ro,

We have enjoyed our fine here. Despite being the first week was not so nice weather we have a good time. A day is the recommended thermal bath. In Kaposvár is delicious and they have fun for both young and older children.

We have taken food from the evenings, you delicious food and great hospitality. I hope you greatly benefit from the applied light is with great pleasure. About half hours we leave back to the "blessed" Netherlands.

Dear Family,

T'ja ... ... .... Where I sit, on our last night of vacation in two weeks Ibafa. We liked the house for occasional "uninvited gastjes" after. It is very well equipped, cool and calm. The beautiful weather here (read: HEAT!) Almost every day, we used the pool, which we were happy, and ... ... ... ... ... ... it was always very nice to you. We need you to know as a family and felt very welcoming us here as soon as "home". But then everything comes to an end and so did this holiday. We wish you every success in your homes and thank you for everything. Oh, and thanks for the lovely bottle of wine on arrival!

Back to Hungary

Hungary floods this year, almost anywhere! But although we still see the beauty and tranquility of this country. This week started off very well, a warm and friendly welcome. Enjoyed fresh bread from the bakery, every day, on Sunday comes along, what do you remember!

Then super bad weather, but nevertheless we have an outing every day, even walking impossible. From our terrace we could occasionally enjoy the "natural" sounds and the horses.

Friday, we only report back on the five-hour reception, it was dry, the sky turned blue again, and again it was an enjoyable meeting.

Shame about the weather but in short, a great house

A nice and cozy family where you can move on to, but where you privecy to keep the house if you want to be.

Many opportunities for touring, walking or going to Pecs.

Ibafa

We have a great week in Csillagos eg. Especially for a nice two very spacious house with all conveniences. After a rainy start day was beautiful weather all week, kept it cool inside.

Thus, despite the loud barking dogs, good night. Our alarm clock went out every morning was the baker that we woke with a merry tune. Kaposvár is a messy one town after noon we had seen. Rather, we put the bike back on the car and drove south. South of Szigetvár we made a few nice trips. Long, quiet roads through (very) quiet, elongated villages, completely flat!

This contrasts with a drive through the area east of Ibafa. (Path and bridge)

We hit the track very soon and climbing and descending over sand and gravel roads, with any luck we managed nevertheless to get Bükkösd. The intention was to the lakes of Orfu to go a bit too far. We did the next day, per car. Delicious, though what you first through the mud wrestling. Pécs is indeed worthwhile.

If we add all these activities all evening long reading anything else we can say: "What a wonderful holiday week!"

We're talking good sense to us had 2 ½ weeks. Unfortunately due to illness before going home. Crying child because obviously think it's really great here with the horses and the girls. Provides a neat house, nice and cool. You will next year will probably see again.

Thanks for your hospitality, friendliness and of course your helpfulness. We will give you, the horses, and the girls miss the pool but we come back.
